Training Greek and Cyprian Cities Representatives in transferring good practices models
This 2-day event intended to guide Good Practice and Transfer cities in their learning journey by providing shared knowledge and concrete tools.
Our key objective was to help participants to understand, reflect and try out methods that URBACT has developed to get the Good Practices transferred and improved, and particularly:
- to understand why working with integrated and participatory ways during the Transfer process is important,
- to tackle the most common barriers to transfer,
- to become aware of how to best capture and share new knowledge according to one’s own learning and communication styles.
Kostas Karamarkos was one of the two trainers as lead Experts on behalf the Greek – Cyprian National Urbact Point of the Ministry of Development and Investment.
